Food Industry Worker

We are looking for food industry workers for our client! Our client is a long-established family business in the food industry, whose workforce doubles during peak seasons. The company's operations include processing raw materials into high-quality products for retail stores, large-scale kitchens, and industry. The goal is to produce quality products that meet the wishes and expectations of customers. Job description: The work involves various tasks in a food factory. The tasks mainly consist of preparing, packaging, canning, and shipping products. The work may also include other general tasks related to food production. Seasonal work is performed on an on-call basis during the summer until the end of August, with weekday shifts alternating between morning and evening. The morning shift is 7:00–15:30 and the evening shift is 15:30–23:00. We are looking for individuals with good availability for seasonal shifts and potentially for work after the summer. The workplace is not accessible by public transport, so a car is required for commuting. Expectations: We hope for a brisk and proactive work ethic and good on-call availability. Previous experience in food or production work is a plus, but not a requirement. The job requires dexterity, accuracy, speed, and a willingness to work with food in a factory environment. The work involves repetitive standing tasks, so good basic physical condition is a requirement. Applicants are expected to have a valid hygiene passport, access to a car, and Finnish language skills.
