Role overview: You will lead the operational maintenance functions across three HSL region depots, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of maintenance services to support traffic operations. You will be the line manager for maintenance staff and warehouse personnel, and you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within Nobina to foster a culture of joint action. You will report to the executive team responsible for the HSL region. What we expect: university degree or equivalent educational background, minimum five years of experience in management of heavy vehicle maintenance or production operations, proven change-management capabilities, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, technical acumen and interest in new technologies, experience in customer-focused business, fluent Finnish and English (Swedish a plus). Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of safe, high-quality maintenance to support regional Traffic operations
- Be responsible for the results and quality of maintenance workshop and warehouse operations

- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate actively with other Nobina units and promote a collaborative culture
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent education
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in management of heavy vehicle maintenance or production operations
- Experience and evidence of change management in a similar environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Technical know-how and interest in new technologies
- Experience in customer-oriented business
- Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is an asset
