Synsam continues to grow! We are now looking for an OPTICIAN/OPTOMETRIST for a permanent employment contract at the Synsam Riihimäki optical store in Riihimäki! Optician's role at Synsam We want to always provide our customers with the best service and are therefore looking for a person who listens to our customers and takes care of their eye examinations and customer service in the manner of a proactive and solution-oriented professional. At Synsam, opticians also actively participate in sales work and spend time both in the vision examination room and in the store offering customers the best possible solutions related to vision care and style, primarily our excellent Lifestyle agreement. What we are looking for You may be a graduating optometrist, or perhaps you already have a few years of work experience or even a longer optician's career. Primarily, we hope for a desire and ability to perform a high-quality, professional and expert optician's task. You operate fluently in Finnish and English, other language skills are considered an advantage. You are the person we are looking for if: - You are an optician/optometrist by education and have the license to act in said profession - you can also be graduating as an optometrist soon! - You are result-oriented and goal-driven - You are competitive and set high goals - You see opportunities and enjoy it when things happen - You are innovative and create a positive vibe around you - You are inspired and at your best in the world of fashion, style and sales We hope for a commercial attitude and that you are motivated by the diverse tasks of an optical store. Cooperation skills as well as your energetic and positive attitude are also important factors in our selection. Contact lens and occupational vision qualifications are considered an advantage. Shifts are according to the store's opening hours. We offer competitive pay, approx. 3000–4000 €/month, depending on previous work experience, among other things.
