This application is for individuals who already have at least six (6) months of experience working as a cashier in a grocery store within the last 3 years. With Joblink, you do gig work at various retail locations in shifts of your own choosing. You work flexibly according to your own schedule. You book shifts conveniently using the Joblink app. Many shifts are booked on short notice for the same week, but sometimes you will know your shifts several weeks in advance. It is good to know that gig work often follows our customers' seasons – there are many shifts during busy times and fewer during quieter seasons. At the same time, your own flexibility, attitude, and activity affect how many shifts are offered to you. What do we expect from you? Previous experience is a requirement for this search. You will enjoy working as a gig worker if you like variety and have the courage to master several different work sites. We hope that you have good social skills and are excited to meet new people. For the job, you need fluent Finnish language skills, and we expect you to be at least 18 years old.
