Casual Worker

We are currently looking for social and health care professionals for casual work at Attendo Wehola in Parkano, focusing on mental health and addiction recovery. The facility has 16 beds and is located in a peaceful residential area close to nature. Staff have private rooms with bathrooms, and shared spaces include a living room, dining hall, and sauna. The work is flexible, allowing you to choose how many shifts to work, suitable for supplementing other jobs, studies, or parental leave. The work involves participation in residents' daily life, close cooperation, medication administration, basic care, and self-guided work. The position is temporary and on-call, with 2- or 3-shift work. The start date is flexible. Requirements include social and health care studies (e.g., practical nurse or caregiver student), vaccination against infectious diseases, criminal record check, hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one, fluent Finnish, and a social and health care card. We offer support, development opportunities, flexible working, and a salary range of €14.82–€16.03 per hour, from August 1, 2026, €15.29–€16.69 per hour. The position is non-smoking.
