Registered Nurse

Tyks Kaskenlinna Hospital's Acute Geriatric Infection Ward has two open positions for registered nurses. We are looking for nurses who are passionate about the holistic care of patients with infections. Your tasks Duties include guiding patients and their relatives, planning follow-up care in a multidisciplinary team, implementing physician orders, monitoring and assessing patient status, and medication management. The work is based on a 3-shift rotation. What we expect from you The eligibility requirement is a legal qualification as a registered nurse in accordance with the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). We require the completion of the LOVe exam during the probationary period, where applicable, if it has not been completed previously. Additionally, good proficiency in Finnish is required for the position. Experience working with infection patients and proficiency in Swedish are considered advantages. The geriatrics area of responsibility is located within the Medical, General Medicine, and Emergency result group of Tyks hospital services in the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland.
