Software Developer

Insta is looking for software developers to strengthen its cybersecurity product development team at the Sarankulma campus in Tampere. You will work on the development of the Certifier product, creating solutions and tools that support digital certificate management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). The role involves solving diverse technical challenges and developing solutions in close cooperation with internal stakeholders. The position is open to both junior developers at the start of their career and more experienced senior experts. The role combines software development, technical problem solving, and collaboration. You will work with various technologies and have the opportunity to influence how new solutions are implemented in practice. The work is socially significant and technically interesting, focusing on environments where functionality, reliability, and security are critical. Requirements include a relevant university degree and professional experience in software development (this is not a trainee position). Experience with Linux environments, one or more programming languages, container technologies, databases, or integration implementation is valued. Previous experience with PKI solutions or cybersecurity is an advantage. Excellent Finnish language skills and the ability to communicate in English are required. The work is hybrid, based in Tampere, with a requirement to be in the office at least once a week.
