Our home - Esperi Care Home Helmikartano We offer 24-hour residential services for the elderly in Joensuu. Our care home has a total of 31 resident places, which are divided into two smaller group homes, Pikkuhelme and Rantahelme. We live a peaceful and communal everyday life - we organize activities according to our residents' wishes and you can also utilize your own creativity and ingenuity. We have a cozy inner courtyard with terraces, where residents enjoy themselves especially during the summer. What would your work be like with us? Your typical workday would include, among other things: - basic care according to the resident's own needs - supporting and strengthening functional capacity as far as possible - monitoring and recording well-being - making RAI assessments and service implementation plans - medication - active cooperation with relatives and other possible stakeholders Employment details The task is temporary until September 30, 2027. Working hours vary by list, and the employment contract is hourly (0-115h/3 weeks). The work is mainly 2-shift work, but it's great if you have the possibility to do occasional night shifts as needed. Salary In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is 2415.76-2612.33 €/month (salary class G20C). What do we expect from you? - warmth, teamwork skills and a can-do attitude - a practical nurse's degree, we also consider students in the final stages - valid medication permits or readiness to complete the permits immediately at the start of employment - hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act - Sote professional card - fluent Finnish language skills Previous experience working with the elderly and in a care home environment is considered an advantage.
