Excavator Operator Are you looking for work as an excavator operator in the Turku area? Work starts according to agreement, and positions are available at least until the end of the year. What are you joining? We are seeking an excavator operator for a long-term project in the Turku area. The work sites are easily accessible. Work is performed at the sites of a stable Finnish company. The projects involve foundation groundworks, earthmoving, trenching, and soil preparation. Carefulness, good machine control, and ensuring that work progresses according to plans are emphasized. What does the work involve? The work is practical machine contracting at an earthworks site. You will be responsible for the use of the excavator in your own work area and perform your work safely and tidily. Your duties include, for example: * excavator work related to foundation groundworks * earthmoving and soil preparation * creating trenches according to drawings and elevations * excavation work related to sewer and pipe lines * working with drawings, elevation measurements, as well as pipe and level lasers * cooperation with the rest of the site to ensure work phases progress on schedule This job is suitable for you if you enjoy operating machinery and like seeing the results of your work immediately. In this role, initiative and site understanding are important. What do we expect from you? We require: * at least 1-2 years of practical experience using an excavator in earthworks * experience working in a construction site environment * ability to read drawings and work according to elevations * a careful and independent approach to work * excellent Finnish language skills What do we offer you?
