Job Details
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess and realize regres opportunities across private, corporate and industrial segments
- Manage a portfolio of cases and handle a broad range of legal issues within regress and damages law
- Provide legal advice to colleagues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to development of processes, systems and a strong professional community across the organization
- Report to the head of Regress Norway
Requirements
- Master in Law (cand.jur./juridisk embetseksamen)
- Experience from regress work, insurance law, tort law or related fields is an advantage
- Strong legal and commercial understanding
