Job Description

We don’t. We bring them together to solve bigger, more meaningful problems for clients. The role This is a consulting-first role. You won’t be hired to sit in a narrow lane. Instead, you’ll work across different types of projects, building real breadth while sharpening your core consulting skills. You’ll: Work directly with clients to unpick complex people and organisational challenges Help shape clear, practical solutions—not just theoretical recommendations Move between different types of work—from organisation design to leadership, to rewards, to talent Contribute to workshops, analysis, storytelling, and delivery—seeing projects through end-to-end Learn quickly, adapt often, and build a well-rounded human capital consulting toolkit It’s fast-paced, varied, and genuinely interesting work.
