We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with a background in Building Automation (BMS/GBS, HVAC Controls, Building Management Systems, or Control Engineering) to support a major high-tech construction project in the Eindhoven region. Requirements include experience as a Project Lead, Project Manager, or Senior Project Engineer; strong background in Building Automation, BMS/GBS, HVAC Controls, or Measurement & Control systems; experience within complex technical environments such as Cleanrooms, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical facilities, Semiconductor or High-Tech Manufacturing; and previous exposure to utility buildings, MEP, or technical building services projects. Offer: Freelance (ZZP) contract; minimum 12-month engagement with extension potential; immediate start available; large-scale, technically challenging project; competitive hourly rate.
