Our client is a Tampere-area facility maintenance professional and a well-known player in the field, delivering high-quality work. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and proactive building caretaker to join their skilled team in Nokia. As a building caretaker you will mainly handle interior maintenance tasks for properties. Your duties include repairs of toilets and taps, drain unblocking, changing filters and lamps, clock adjustments, temperature optimization, and general maintenance tasks. You will also utilize your building automation skills. We expect you to have previous experience in building maintenance, some HVAC knowledge, an initiative-taking, careful and responsible work attitude, good customer service and interpersonal skills, a valid occupational safety card, and fluent Finnish.
