Pori Service Utility is now looking for a skilled combination worker for a permanent employment contract for the Reposaari wooden block and Meri-Pori comprehensive school. Reposaari wooden block is a unique site where a school, kindergarten, and self-service library are found under one roof. In the modern facilities of Meri-Pori comprehensive school, you will participate in meal-side tasks. As a combination worker, you are a central part of the sites' close-knit and warm-hearted work community. In Reposaari, you are responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities so that both children and residents can enjoy a safe environment, and at Meri-Pori comprehensive school, you will participate in the important mealtime and dish maintenance. What does your workday include? · Cleanliness management: Maintenance and basic cleaning of the Reposaari wooden block according to precise service descriptions. · Genuine cooperation: You will work in close interaction with the staff and customers of the sites. · Operational development: You will get to brainstorm working methods and influence the daily life of the site together with the team. · Meal-side management: Meal-side tasks at Meri-Pori comprehensive school, such as dining hall operations and dish maintenance. Since the sites are located more than 15km apart, we require the use of your own car for commuting (kilometers for the transition from Reposaari to Meri-Pori comprehensive school during the day are reimbursed according to the current decisions of the Tax Administration, 0.55€/km in 2026). Start: 1.9.2026 or by agreement. The position has a 6-month probationary period. Working hours: 38.25 h/week (7.65 h/day weekdays 6:00-14:09, cleaning in Reposaari 6:00-10:00 and then transition to Pihlava for the rest of the day for meal-side tasks at Meri-Pori comprehensive school). Salary: 2288.08€ Additionally, we pay a possible work experience supplement (0-8%) based on your previous experience. We may interview applicants during the application period.
