We are looking for a new team member - come and do meaningful work! We are seeking a full-time institutional cook for Rantasalmi's meal services for a fixed-term contract until 30.9.2027. Is tasty, healthy, and nutritious food close to your heart? As an institutional cook, you do meaningful work. In your role, you will take care of food preparation and other kitchen tasks such as pre-preparation, maintenance and basic cleaning, and dishwashing together with the rest of the kitchen team. You will have the opportunity to use your diverse skills and further develop them. The work is performed in the Rantasalmi school kitchen on weekdays. We expect initiative and the ability to work independently, flexibility, good interaction skills, the ability to work in a changing environment, and active participation in developing work tasks. The position requires a hygiene passport. Education in the field and experience as an institutional cook are an advantage, but we always provide orientation for new staff. We are looking for a person with a proactive attitude and sufficient Finnish language skills.
