Welcome to apply for a permanent Practical Nurse position at the primary health care general medicine ward in Rovaniemi! The unit is the primary health care general medicine ward operating within the Lapland Central Hospital. Using primary health care methods, we provide diverse care for acute, infectious, diagnostic, internal medicine, and surgical patients, as well as patients in palliative care. Work is based on multidisciplinary cooperation, combining the expertise of different professional groups to ensure holistic and high-quality care for the patient. Your role as a practical nurse will be to ensure good basic care for patients, promote and maintain health, prevent and treat illnesses with a rehabilitative approach, and alleviate suffering. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining and developing the quality of care and cooperate with other parties involved in the patient's care. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
