Coaching Services Specialist

Matching services are responsible for recruitment services for job seekers close to employment, as well as lighter support services for job searching, such as coaching and continuous learning services for job seekers with needs for skill development. Additionally, matching services are responsible for services for employer and corporate clients, such as telephone guidance, support for job advertisements, and recruitment training. The matching services model includes ensuring the meeting of job seeker clients and employer clients, in other words, connecting open positions with suitable candidates. Your tasks - Plan and implement coaching (group and individual coaching) for job seekers in the Ostrobothnia employment region. - Guide clients into working life through coaching services. - Instruct job seekers in the use of digital communication. The working area covers the entire Ostrobothnia employment region and involves some travel. A driver's license is required. Services are implemented multilingually (Finnish, Swedish, English). The work requires an independent and flexible approach. Eligibility requirement is a suitable university degree or equivalent skills acquired from working life. Language requirements are good oral and written command of Finnish and Swedish. Fluency in English is considered an advantage.
