Job Description
Vivicta, formerly Tietoevry Tech Services, now operates independently as Vivicta, a Nordic transformation partner. We focus on digital solutions that make everyday life easier through technology. We are seeking an experienced 2nd line support technician for a customer project in an industrial and security-critical environment. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues escalated from 1st line, with responsibilities including incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL. Tasks include managing complex incidents, supporting Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange, configuring routers and switches, and supporting network-related issues. The position is based in Karlskoga, with a fixed-term contract until June 2028, with potential extension. The role requires 3+ years of experience in Service Desk or 2nd line support, strong technical breadth, independence, customer and security focus, and a B driver’s license. Knowledge of PowerShell, ITIL, ServiceNow, and problem/change management is advantageous.
