Sales Assistant

Primary location: SOTKAMO We are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT for the renovated S-market Sotkamo for ordinary work. Sotkamo's S-market is located right in the center of the village, being part of the locals' daily lives and encounters. With us, you will do ordinary work in our newly renovated store. Ordinariness is not boring; it is the everyday life and occasionally the celebration that we want to create for our customers. We want to provide smooth service, purposefully and with quality. In addition to customer service, your duties as a sales assistant include various store tasks, from shelving and cashier work to online store picking and maintaining store cleanliness. The position is permanent and part-time (approx. 20 h/week). We are looking for a positive and proactive customer service professional for our team, who has good teamwork skills but also an independent approach to work. We hope that you are ready to work during all our store opening hours and also in the midst of rush. You do not need to be a finished professional; enthusiasm and a genuine desire to work create the necessary foundation. We will provide orientation for your tasks. Salary is based on the retail sector collective agreement and is determined by years of experience: 11.16–14.93€/hour. In shift work, evening, Saturday, and Sunday supplements are paid on top of the basic salary. Our work teams also have the possibility of a performance bonus, which can be up to 1€/worked hour.
