**We are looking for a gardener for versatile duties on a garden farm** We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive **gardener** for a permanent part-time or full-time position. Working hours will be agreed upon based on your situation and our needs. We operate a versatile garden farm where we grow various berries in open fields, as well as seedlings for useful plants and ornamental shrubs. We are constantly developing our operations, and our plans include expanding production to greenhouse-grown flowers. We work in close cooperation with a garden center operating in the Turku region, which brings variety to the tasks and the opportunity to participate in customer service, plant care, and other garden center duties. **Tasks may include, for example:** - cultivation and maintenance of berry plants - seedling production of useful plants - growing and care of ornamental shrubs - greenhouse work (once flower cultivation begins) - garden center tasks at our partner's premises - other versatile duties on the garden farm. The job description can be tailored according to your skills, experience, and interests. **We hope for:** - education in horticulture or practical experience in the field - a proactive and responsible approach to work - interest in versatile tasks - good physical condition and a willingness to work outdoors.
