Building B of the 24-hour assisted living for the elderly in Pispa consists of four group homes with 60 residents. In the 24-hour assisted living, basic needs of the residents are cared for in a home-like environment. Maintaining a sense of meaning in life is a central part of our daily work. As a registered nurse, your task is to provide care for residents with a rehabilitative approach. You will work as part of a team, also participating in the basic care of residents. Additionally, you are responsible for the quality of nursing care and the implementation of customer-centricity. The resident's own functional capacity is maintained as comprehensively as possible. Your work is people-oriented, where your success is supported by your good interpersonal and interaction skills as well as your customer-oriented approach. What do we expect from you? - You are a registered nurse licensed in Finland. - A hygiene passport and a successfully completed LOVe medication management online test. If necessary, you can update your medication management skills with us at the start of employment. - You identify with the nursing care of the elderly and enjoy collaborating with our clients and their loved ones. - Ability to answer consultative questions regarding clients and an interest in developing nursing care methods. - A flexible approach, teamwork skills in a development-oriented team, and good oral and written skills in Finnish. The starting date for the permanent employment relationship is negotiable. The working hours for the position are full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week. The work includes morning and evening shifts. A six-month probationary period applies to the position. Before accepting the position, the selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, Subsection 4 of the Criminal Records Act and a salmonella certificate. The selected person must have vaccination protection in accordance with Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016) and a respiratory tuberculosis clearance in accordance with Section 55.
