What will you be doing? - Responsible for the implementation of quality medication therapy and monitoring of medication processes - Participating in resident work, enabling our residents to have their own kind of everyday life - Collaborating with different stakeholders The position is full-time and permanent. Work is done on weekday mornings, and we can agree on the start date with you. What do we require from you? - Nursing degree - Vaccination protection as intended by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills - Criminal record extract for employment longer than three months (when working with minors, elderly, and disabled) - Sote professional card (certificate card) We value genuine interest and experience in working with residents who need care and support in their daily lives.
