This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a specialist in high-frequency RF development to join a technically challenging project, with a minimum contract duration of six months and strong potential for extension. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimise RF systems operating above 10 MHz. - Work on antenna design, development, and performance optimisation. - Develop and analyse waveguides and RF matching networks. - Conduct RF testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities. - Apply electromagnetic theory to improve system performance and signal transmission efficiency. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. - Support the delivery of high-performance RF and microwave solutions. Required Experience - Minimum 5 years' experience in RF engineering. - Proven background in intensive RF development within frequencies above 10 MHz. - Strong understanding of high-frequency (HF) engineering and RF systems. - Expertise in electromagnetics and electromagnetic wave propagation. - Experience designing and optimising antennas, waveguides, and matching networks. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with RF testing, validation, and performance optimisation. Desirable Experience - Microwave engineering experience. - RF modelling and simulation tools. - EMC/EMI knowledge. - Experience working within R&D or advanced engineering environments.
