The position is to oversee and manage the related Product Supply Agreements and Product Manufacture Agreements with associated IFF legal entities. This individual will be a key business partner in this pivotal role between the two parties. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, maintain strong working relationships, and manage the contractual obligations of both parties to ensure the successful execution of these contractual arrangements. This role can be based either in Brugge, Belgium/ Leiden, Netherlands/ Niebüll, Germany/ Dangé-Saint-Romain, France/ Lyngby, Denmark OR Hanko, Naantali, Finland in a hybrid working arrangement.

- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters.

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, identifying risks with Legal and Procurement.
- Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, manufacturing, supply chain, a technical discipline, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing operations, contract administration, or a comparable role.
