Neste is looking for an instrumentation supervisor in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, perhaps you! **What does the work involve?** As an instrumentation supervisor, you will operate as part of Neste's Kilpilahti refinery construction projects supervision team. You will be responsible for the safe, high-quality, and on-schedule implementation of projects in your area of responsibility and for achieving these goals. You will work closely with your project team, maintenance, and various subcontractors, ensuring the smooth progress of implementation. Projects relate to chemical industry installations and construction, development, and maintenance in a unique industrial environment. **Your daily tasks include, among others:** - Planning and implementation of site progress, work, and resourcing together with the rest of the project team - Reporting on contract progress, costs, and potential risk factors to the site manager - Participating in project meetings and acting as an expert in your field to support project implementation - Safety, quality, progress, technical, and cost supervision of installation work according to authority requirements and Neste's specifications In this role, you do not perform practical installation work yourself, but ensure that contractors have the conditions to implement the work according to the goals. **What kind of expert are we looking for?** You may be the person we are looking for if you have a suitable university degree for the position or are about to graduate from studies in electrical automation, automation technology, and/or instrumentation. Ideally, you have already gained similar experience in instrumentation and supervision tasks, but you can also be at the beginning of your career and ambitious to develop and grow your expertise. Previous industry experience facilitates understanding the field, so we hope you have gained work experience from the industrial sector. You have the ability to work in a role that combines technical understanding, coordination, responsibility, and a safety-oriented approach. We also value a flexible attitude, good interaction skills, and the ability to work with different people. **We expect from you:** - A suitable university background for the position, for example in electrical, automation technology, and/or instrumentation.
