Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for a cleaning supervisor for a new branch opening in Turku. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for employee well-being, guidance, general cleanliness of the branch, and ordering supplies. You will ensure quality of work and that operations proceed according to agreed goals. Additionally, you will work daily at customer sites. **We expect from the applicant:** - experience in the cleaning industry - flexibility with working hours; workdays may change suddenly, however, we generally work weekdays between 6:00 and 15:30 - good organizational and interaction skills - a proactive and responsible approach to work - proficiency in Finnish is mandatory - Class B driver's license is mandatory **We offer:** - Initially approximately 20h/week, but as the permanent customer base grows, there is a possibility for full-time hours if you are willing to also visit customers in the Salo region initially - a competitive salary following the KIPA collective agreement - diverse job tasks - a pleasant and encouraging small work community - the opportunity to develop your own skills Work begins in September 2026.
