Starting in the autumn of 2025, we have begun developing play responsiveness in our unit. We value a genuine interest in developing and evaluating pedagogy together with the entire staff. At Kungsgård Day Care and Preschool, we have a high proportion of qualified teachers and childcare workers in early childhood education. As an early childhood education teacher, you are responsible for the pedagogical activities in your group together with the rest of your team. Your task is also to act as a team leader in your team and as the leader's pedagogical collaborator. The day care consists of 7 day care groups and 2 preschool groups. You can find us in Köklax with good transport links. We operate in two buildings: Kungsgård Day Care, where we have our 0-3 year old groups, and our new building, Kungsgård Day Care and Preschool, where we have our 3-5 year old groups and preschool groups. We see the size of the day care as a strength; there is always collegial support available and someone to bounce ideas with. Our versatile spaces, such as the school's gym and craft room, as well as a private library and the nature-adjacent location, provide us with opportunities for an educational and inspiring learning environment. Both buildings have their own day care assistant who helps with everyday chores. We offer you a learning and engaged work community where we support each other to develop our professional competence, including through studies alongside work. In our unit, qualified early childhood education teachers have annual working hours, which means some planning time is outside working hours and is compensated with time off. This workplace is accessible Qualification requirements: Qualification in accordance with the Act on Early Childhood Education and Care (540/2018). At least a Bachelor's degree in education including the training line for kindergarten teachers, or a university of applied sciences degree in health care and the social sector (early childhood education). Early childhood education teachers who are about to graduate will also be considered in the recruitment. Excellent oral and written skills in Swedish.
