Roofing Insulation Installer

We are seeking roofing insulation installers for Paju Works Oy in Lappeenranta, to work on a large industrial building. The role involves placing roof insulation boards on the roof of a large industrial facility. Work is in two shifts and lasts about 5–6 weeks. Naturally the work takes place at heights and as part of a crew, but with an independent approach. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work safely in elevated conditions, fast, and thorough. Height fear must not be present. A good attitude and willingness to work are crucial. Previous construction experience is a plus. A valid occupational safety card is required. The position is a fixed-term recruitment to hire; starting around two weeks after selection. Local candidates preferred as there is no housing. The collective agreement applied is the roofing industry agreement. Starting wage is 14–17 €/h depending on experience, with a pay increase after the first week.
