Security Analyst

The Security Analyst - Tier 3 at Nebius is a senior individual-contributor role within the Security Operations Center (SOC). This role leads challenging investigations, setting the standards the SOC operates by. Reports to the SOC Manager under the Detection and Response function within the CISO Office. Your responsibilities include leading complex, multi-stage investigations end to end, serving as the SOC's senior escalation point and quality gate, supporting the Incident Response team during confirmed incidents, improving methods and tooling, mentoring Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts, partnering with other teams to improve detection and response, participating in readiness activities, and joining the on-call rotation outside business hours. Requirements include 8-10 years in security operations or incident response, expert-level investigation across multiple domains, knowledge of cloud-native environments, proficiency with EDR/SIEM/log analysis, Windows/Linux internals, MITRE ATT&CK fluency, strong scripting, and advanced certifications advantageous.
