Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Start Date: ASAP Language: English Required, German Bonus\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead commissioning activities for utility-scale BESS projects from construction completion through to commercial operation.\nDevelop and manage commissioning plans, procedures and schedules.\nCoordinate EPC contractors, OEMs, grid operators and project stakeholders during commissioning and energisation.\nOversee testing and validation of battery systems, PCS, transformers, SCADA and control systems.\nEnsure compliance with project HSE requirements and industry standards.\nManage punch-list items, defects and final handover documentation.\nSupport grid compliance testing, performance testing and operational readiness activities.\nEssential:\nProven experience commissioning utility-scale BESS, renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.\nStrong knowledge of MV/HV electrical systems and grid-connected assets.\nExperience working with EPC contractors, OEMs and commissioning teams.\nAbility to manage commissioning activities safely and efficiently on site.\nStrong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.\nEU work eligibility and willingness to be site-based in Berlin.\nIf you are interested in this role, apply below or send your CV to contact@g2recruitment.com
