Night Instructor

Our work is responsible and occasionally challenging, but all the more rewarding. We are looking for a night instructor for a fixed-term employment contract in Muhos disability services. Your home unit will be Fantti, but if necessary, you will also assist in other disability service units in Muhos. Fantti in Muhos offers 24-hour and individually supported service housing for children and youth in need. The need for special support may be based on developmental or other disabilities, neuropsychiatric, mental health, or behavioral challenges. There are eight client places at Fantti. In night shifts, your task is to monitor the safe night time of the children. You will work as a pair with the units' own night instructors. Your duties include ensuring the smooth running of a peaceful evening and night, and in the mornings, guiding the children's morning activities and departure for school in cooperation with the rest of the team. If necessary, there is a readiness to move to another disability service unit in Muhos if a night instructor at another site needs help during the night. We hope for a night instructor: - Readiness to work 4-5 nights in a row - A warm, respectful and committed approach to work - Fluent interaction and cooperation skills as well as a positive, brisk and independent attitude without forgetting a sense of humor! The qualification requirement for the position is a vocational qualification in social and health care. The position is fixed-term for the period 21.9.2026-24.1.2027. The work is mainly night work, but may also include 3-shift work. Remuneration is determined according to the Collective Agreement of the Private Social Services Sector.
