Salesperson

Alko is looking for an energetic salesperson to join the Pori Noormarkku-Merikarvia-Kankaanpää store group. The role is a fixed-term position from October 19, 2026, to January 17, 2027, with an average of 18 hours per week. The primary place of work is the Pori Noormarkku store, but the ability to work in Merikarvia and Kankaanpää stores is considered an advantage. Key responsibilities include providing world-class customer service to ensure an unforgettable experience. Daily tasks vary and include serving customers, maintaining the store, shelving products, cashier duties, cleaning, unloading shipments, and handing over online orders. The work environment is caring and community-oriented. Candidates should be at least 18 years old and share Alko's responsibility values. A genuine desire to work with customers and products is essential. Previous experience in customer service and sales, especially in specialty retail or the restaurant industry, is an advantage. The role requires social courage, a willingness to learn, and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Good teamwork and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently when necessary.
