Head of Wood and Building Materials Department

Head of the Wood and Building Materials Department at our Oulu store. The role is a permanent, full-time position averaging 37.5 hours per week. You will lead your department as a direct supervisor to a department team and report to the Assistant Store Manager. You will thrive in a hands-on retail environment, lead your department by example, be prepared to work during store hours, and participate in daily sales and customer service as part of your department’s team. Primary responsibilities include leading the department staff and other supervisory tasks, ensuring commerciality, cleanliness and order of the department, and actively participating in sales and customer service as well as other store tasks. We expect you to be professional in the retail sector with several years of experience in retail and a relevant educational background. Experience in the industry is a plus.
