CNC LATHE OPERATOR / TURNING CENTER OPERATOR IisalmI, Finland Our client in Iisalmi, Finland is looking for a skilled CNC Lathe / Turning Center Operator to join their machining team. The work includes machining individual components and small production batches using versatile CNC equipment. Machines you will operate Depending on your background and experience, you may work with one or more of the following machines: Okuma Multus B‑750 with OSP‑3000 Control System Mori‑Seiki lathes: SL‑35MC / SL‑253 / SL‑150 with Fanuc controls (experience with Fanuc controls is considered an advantage) Please indicate in your CV which machines and control systems you have previously worked with. Responsibilities Operating and setting up CNC lathes and turning centers Programming, modifying, and improving machining processes Manufacturing parts according to technical drawings and specifications Performing quality checks and ensuring finished product accuracy Keeping the work area organized and safe Cooperating with colleagues in production What we expect Relevant technical education in machining, metalworking, or a related field Previous experience in CNC turning operations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently Knowledge of machine setup, programming, tooling, and measurements Experience with Fanuc and/or Okuma control systems is an asset Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work Good communication and teamwork skills Sufficient English or Finnish language skills for daily work What we offer Permanent full-time employment (40 hours/week) Employment in accordance with Finnish labor legislation and the Technology Industry Collective Agreement Hourly salary starting from €14.87/hour (+ shift and other collective agreement allowances) Assistance with accommodation arrangements A well-equipped machine shop in Iisalmi with a versatile CNC machine fleet Supportive colleagues and a professional work environment where quality craftsmanship is valued Apply Please submit your application through the link provided in the advertisement and attach your CV.
