This job posting comes from LähiTapiola's Large Corporate unit. We seek an expert in personnel risk management to consult and develop our corporate clients' risk management, particularly from the perspectives of occupational safety and work ability management. The role involves engaging with client leadership, training and facilitating managers, analyzing incident data and producing materials. We offer flexible hybrid work with Espoo office presence about two days per week, and travel within Finland.

Responsibilities
- Advancing client risk management practices in collaboration with customer leadership, HR, and safety leads
- Assessing client needs and designing joint implementations
- Coaching and facilitating supervisory and management teams
- Analyzing incident data and reporting
- Producing training and materials
Requirements
- Experience with risk management systems (TTT systems) and/or work ability management development
- Knowledge of psychosocial stress factors and their management
- Facilitation/coaching experience; ability to train in English is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with digital tools and AI
- Willingness to travel domestically
- Experience with corporate employee insurance is a plus
