Task: Junior Property Coordinator Location: Helsinki Fixed-term position until 31.8.2027 Have you always wanted to work in the real estate sector? Your role with us In this position, you are part of the residential business unit managing over 35,000 investment apartments for our major clients. This means that you are partly responsible for maintaining the property information of the investment properties owned by our clients in the systems, handling materials, informing properties, monitoring tenant satisfaction, and coordinating the service network together with other residential team members. Residential coordinators are in an important role in both coordinating the maintenance issues of the properties and handling challenging tenant situations. What skills will make you succeed? - You are solution-oriented, empathetic and positive. - You take action and make things happen. - Your working style is systematic and careful – even during faster moments, you succeed in advancing several things at the same time. - You learn new systems quickly and use the most common MS Office programs fluently. - You dare to ask boldly if you don't know. If you have previous experience from similar tasks in the real estate sector, great! If not, don't worry, you will learn these tasks. In this job, it is more about the right attitude and working style than years of experience. However, it is important that you are used to working on a computer and learning different systems comes naturally. Success in the job requires that you are systematic and have good stress tolerance. The salary range for the role is €2300-2500/month. We are looking for a person for a fixed-term employment contract until 31.8.2027. The start date of the employment contract is 1.9.2026.
