Lead significant contaminated soil cleanup projects and do genuine, visible work. We are hiring in Forssa for a permanent position as a Site Manager / Construction Supervisor to strengthen our team in construction services and production. You will be responsible for the overall leadership of construction sites and the successful delivery of projects. Our business is highly project-based with varying sizes and durations, and work takes place across Finland, mainly in Southern Finland. You will act as the front-line supervisor within the site organization and ensure team functioning. If necessary, you will participate in subcontracting negotiations and define content during the bidding phase with project management. Your key tasks include daily site leadership and supervision, project quality, cost and safety oversight, directing employees and subcontractors, budgeting, scheduling, and management of materials and changes. You will collaborate with project management, customers, authorities, and other stakeholders. Some travel is required and a B-class driving licence is needed. We expect you to be independent and proactive, with good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of quality and responsible work ethic, IT skills, and relevant education.
