The Siilin Hammas Nurmes dental clinic is seeking a dentist to strengthen our capable and supportive team. Primarily we are looking for a practitioner, but we also consider dental students who can work in employment terms considering their studies. Shifts are available flexibly according to your schedule and preferences. If needed, free accommodation is arranged so you could, for example, do two longer work days in a row and stay in Nurmes. Flexible contract models are offered. We want to give you the opportunity to work in a way that suits you. The work can be carried out as a practitioner (provision-based), as a salaried employee with commission, as a salaried employee with a fixed monthly salary, or with a combination model (e.g. fixed monthly salary + commission). Monthly earnings depend on the contract model, workload and production and are about 7,000–25,000 euros. Fixed monthly pay generally places earnings toward the lower end, while the higher earnings are possible as a practitioner or with a strong commission emphasis. In our reception we do many ceramic fillings and we will train you to make them, previous experience is not required.
