Patria is an international defense and technology company with over 100 years of experience. The Sustainment Solutions business area is responsible for the sale, offering, and delivery of life cycle support and software products, as well as strategic partnership with the Finnish Defence Forces and Patria's government business. We are looking for an LCS Manager, Weapon Systems for the Life Cycle Support business to develop and maintain life cycle services and related service products for weapon systems. In this role, you will centrally influence how the life cycle support, maintenance services, and service concepts of weapon systems meet the current and future needs of customers. You will work in close cooperation with service managers, product management, design, system suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders. The role combines the development of life cycle services, technical expertise, and the practical maintenance of service concepts. You do not have direct subordinates, but act as an independent expert responsible for the development and continuous improvement of your area of responsibility. A key part of your role is the development of life cycle services and related products for weapon systems, as well as the definition of life cycle support concepts. You ensure that service solutions support the systems in use by customers throughout their life cycle, taking into account, among other things, the availability of spare parts, maintenance services, configuration management, and obsolescence management. You act as support for customers, service managers, and the business in the development of life cycle services, provide special expertise in questions related to weapon system technologies, and participate in supporting contract negotiations and contract changes from the perspective of life cycle services.
