Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via email, chat and phone
- Guide customers through order journey including delivery, returns, refunds and payments
- Work from home with occasional office visits in Lisbon for the customer support role
- Moderate content and review platforms as part of the content moderation track
- Be part of an international team and participate in regular team activities
Requirements
- You speak fluent Czech
- Your English is good
- Willing to work on a rotating schedule (40 hours per week)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ready to work in Lisbon for at least 12 months
- 18 years or older
- EU passport or Portuguese work permit
- No prior experience required
