Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager for Synsam Ylivieska optical store to take full responsibility for store sales, the team and operational activities. You are sales-oriented and positive, with passion for developing the store, business and coaching your staff to succeed. The role combines fashion, health and sales. You will help build the Nordic leader in optical retail together with the top team. The Store Manager will develop the store according to Synsam’s concept, drive our exclusive Lifestyle contract sales, coach your team, and provide proactive customer service. Customer service excellence is a priority. You will lead, support and motivate your team and promote store sales and marketing with the group’s sales and marketing leadership. It is essential you have a strong desire for professional, knowledgeable and high-quality store management. Previous retail experience and leadership responsibilities are preferred. Knowledge of the optical sector is a plus but training will be provided. Synsam offers a relaxed, youthful atmosphere and a supportive leadership culture.
