We are seeking an Estimating Manager for our infrastructure construction projects. The role leads the bidding and cost estimation activities for new infra projects, and manages the estimating team as we grow. The position is based in our new offices in Orimattilan Pennala, with some travel to project sites. Responsibilities include planning and executing bid estimation with management, identifying cost-effective implementation methods in the estimation phase, handling procurements in the estimation phase, pricing of contract work in collaboration with management, and possibly participating in contract negotiations. You will work on developing estimation processes and tools as part of the organization's growth.
