Account Manager

As Visio Group continues to grow, we are looking for a new member of our Sales team in the Southwest Finland region. If you are interested in working with customers, closing deals, continuously finding new customers in the market and developing existing relationships, this could be a turning point in your career. Role The Account Manager role we are recruiting for suits someone who enjoys work that is results- and target-oriented as well as people-focused. You will be responsible for building and growing sales in your area, acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts. You will not succeed by waiting for the phone to ring. Success requires initiative and the courage to take action to arrange meetings and generate sales. Sales takes place mainly “in the field”, at customers’ premises, so access to your own car is essential. The main focus is sales, but alongside sales duties you will maintain existing relationships with customers and employees. Your work will also include HR administration, such as preparing employment contracts, resolving problem situations and reviewing collective agreements. The final balance of the role’s responsibilities depends a lot on you and on how you sell and manage the overall work profitably. Who we are looking for We are primarily looking for people with experience in the personnel services sector who already know the industry and have strong networks. We particularly expect teamwork skills, an open attitude, resilience, perseverance and an understanding of the principles of B2B sales. You should also have a healthy competitive spirit, while remembering that we share a common goal and each person’s success is a shared success. You should have: - Experience in results-driven sales—we approach sales like competitive sport. - Problem-solving skills—we are constantly solving complex problems. - The ability to keep several things in hand, as you will manage multiple customers and tasks at the same time. - Fluent IT skills; much of your work will take place in the Likeit CRM system.
