We are now recruiting team members to the Nordic Business Forum 2026 customer service team! The event takes place on September 16-17, 2026 in Helsinki, and it's your chance to help deliver a world-class customer experience for 8 500 attendees from around the world. Our customer service team will work as one united team to run the following customer service functions at the 2-day event: Check-in, Cloakroom, First Class Hosting, Guidance, Info Desks, Networking Area, Seminar Hall, Speaker Hosting and Special Services. Each function plays an equally critical role in providing a smooth, energizing experience to our event attendees. Team Leaders will allocate team members to these functions after the interviews. Important Dates & Commitments: To be eligible, you must be a current student at Haaga-Helia, Laurea, or Metropolia in autumn 2026 and be available in person on all the following dates. Course enrollment (via Haaga-Helia or 3AMK) will only happen after you've been selected through our recruitment process. To receive the credits, you must submit your course report by the deadline. We’re looking for students who: Are flexible, proactive, and passionate about excellent customer service; Have a positive mindset and love taking on new challenges; Work well in teams and communicate fluently in English; Are ready to represent NBF in a professional outfit: black suit, white shirt/blouse, and businesslike shoes; Have WhatsApp on a smartphone for event communications; Are at least 18 years old.
