Breakfast Attendant

We are recruiting a reliable and service-minded breakfast attendant for the winter season in Rovaniemi 2026–27, performing versatile kitchen and service tasks. The role suits someone who enjoys morning work, aims to ensure a high-quality customer experience, and friendly teamwork. Tasks include preparing and presenting breakfast during hotel breakfast service, replenishing the buffet, finalising portions and presenting plates aesthetically, customer service and wellbeing during morning meals, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and service areas and equipment maintenance, adhering to food safety and hygienic regulations and self-check duties, and, if needed, handling small ordering and storage tasks. Requirements include prior experience in breakfast or kitchen work (hospitality or hotel experience is a plus), hygiene passport, strong customer service skills and a calm, friendly approach during busy mornings, ability to work independently and in a team, flexibility with hours with shifts mainly in the morning according to season, fluent Finnish and English, and driving license and own car are an advantage but not essential. Compensation is arranged according to MaRaVa-TES or customer contract, based on experience.
