Experienced restaurant professional for a responsible customer service role We are seeking an experienced restaurant and service industry professional for a permanent, versatile position for our client, combining high-quality restaurant/customer service, coordination of service entities, and the practical implementation of events. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth implementation of services related to various customer events and participate in their planning, coordination, and development. The work includes both hands-on customer service and the organization of various service and event entities in cooperation with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. We are looking for a person who thrives in a visible customer service role and is capable of maintaining a high level of service even in varying situations. The position requires initiative, organizational skills, accountability, an excellent service attitude, and a genuine desire to produce high-quality customer experiences. We hope for: * education in the restaurant industry or equivalent expertise * several years of experience in responsible positions within the restaurant industry * experience in implementing customer events, catering, or events * ability to act independently and make decisions in changing situations * excellent customer service and interaction skills * fluent skills in Finnish and English * flexibility regarding working hours * system proficiency * a driver's license We also value experience from high-end service environments, representative events, event production, or supervisory responsibilities.
