Cook for the Lapland winter season at Kittilä Airport Prepare first-class culinary experiences for Lapland’s most international customers. Kittilä Airport is one of Finland’s busiest winter airports. During the winter season, the airport welcomes travellers and private-flight customers from around the world. Pure Catering by Airpro Premium provides high-quality food services at the airport, in lounges and at customers’ private events. We are now looking for cooks for the winter season at Kittilä Airport. In your work, you will prepare high-quality meals for private-flight passengers, lounge customers and various Premium services. You will have the opportunity to work with quality ingredients and create experiences for international customers from around the world. The work takes place mainly at Kittilä Airport, but the role also requires readiness to take part in food production and customer events outside the airport, for example at private villas, cottages and our other Premium destinations. Important in this role: - Passion for quality food and customer experience - Ability to work flexibly in changing situations - Cooperation skills and a positive approach to work - Carefulness and high quality standards - Readiness to work in different operating environments We require applicants to have: - Cook training and/or previous experience in related work - A hygiene passport - A health declaration - Proficiency in Finnish and/or English - At least 18 years of age - A clean background - A category B driving licence - Initiative and good cooperation skills Previous experience in catering, hotels, restaurants or premium service environments is considered an advantage. The Act on the Protection of Privacy in Working Life applies to the position. The selected candidate must pass a drug test as part of the pre-employment health examination. Employment Work starts in October–November 2026 and continues until March–April 2027. Accommodation can be arranged if needed. The work is shift-based, and shifts may fall on any day of the week.
