We are looking for a local guard for school sites for caretaker-type work to join our active and motivated team. The employment is permanent part-time, and the number of working hours is negotiable (15-100 h / 3-week shift cycle). - 5-35 h / week. - Mainly day shifts 6-8 h / day. (The shortest evening shift is 5h and the longest shifts are 9h.) - Work is mostly performed on weekdays. - We hope for and implement flexibility in working hours on both sides. Your duties include customer service, guidance, monitoring the customer site using various security technical systems, and managing key control. Your job description also includes various agreed follow-up actions in exceptional situations and cooperation with different parties. Your workdays are interesting and always different, and you will get to resolve various situations. Work sites are located in the Helsinki area, mainly in Vuosaari and Myllypuro. (Secondarily, substitute work for local guards / lobby service staff in Ruskeasuo and/or Tuusula.) In addition to a careful and responsible nature, we expect from applicants: - Guard card - Experience in customer service work - Problem-solving skills - Positive work attitude - Written and oral proficiency in Finnish The most important thing for us is your positive attitude towards work and customers. Good Finnish language skills are necessary for customer service tasks.
