Property Maintenance Worker We are seeking a property maintenance worker for our client in Turku for a permanent position. The work starts immediately or by agreement. The role involves independent general maintenance of properties, including the upkeep of yards and indoor spaces, such as changing light bulbs, reading meters, and replacing ventilation filters. The role also includes, as needed, ordering services from plumbers and electricians, as well as reporting to the property manager. We expect from you: * some experience in similar tasks * basic understanding of heating distribution rooms * good social skills * a positive work attitude * a natural drive to get things done * proficiency in Finnish * a Class B driver's license How to apply to Carrot?
