About the role

Team, about the role Do you love experimenting with game mechanics and coming up with ideas that grab players' attention? We're launching our Game Designer (Playables) internship program. This is your chance to join Playrix's Marketing Creatives team, one of the strongest not just in gaming, but in the entire performance marketing industry. We set trends, we don't chase them. What to Expect A two-month deep dive into producing game creatives: You'll master the tools and processes our team uses, from traditional game engines to AI-powered tools. You'll brainstorm ideas and analyze market trends alongside the team. You'll create your own playable ads under the guidance of experienced colleagues, using the tools you've learned. You'll analyze the performance of launched creatives with the team and pitch ideas for new iterations. What Comes After? The best interns will get an offer to stay on the team full-time. This is a real chance to kick-start your career at Playrix. Tasks Developing ideas for playable ads by exploring game mechanics, scenarios, and creative approaches that can engage the audience. Analyzing market trends and existing game creatives to identify new ideas and opportunities. Working with performance metrics to evaluate launched creatives and identify ways to improve them. Requirements Experience in game development as a Game Designer, Level Designer, Creative Director, Creative Writer, or in a related role. A strong interest in game marketing, game design, and the gaming industry as a whole. A portfolio showcasing game-related work, such as prototypes, playable ads, or other completed projects. Preferred A good visual eye and a basic understanding of composition, color, rhythm, and visual storytelling. Experience with game jams, personal projects, or building your own game prototypes. Basic familiarity with Unity or other game engines, such as Unreal Engine, Godot, or RPG Maker. A degree in a relevant field.
